At The Music Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, our team is here to help you find the perfect instrument or process a quick refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
